Lower shroud for non tilt steering columns. This plastic extensions has 4 tabs that snap into the metal cast shift housing for automatic transimssion design columns using a 2 piece shift bowl. This is for NON-TILT ONLY and will not fit tilt designs! This part is no longer available through GM.
